As the name suggests, Aqual is a water company specializing in manufacturing and servicing water treatment equipment. In 2016/2017, Aqual decided to build a new headquarters with warehousing and operational premises in Česká u Brna.
The project, designed by the TIPRO projekt studio, was undertaken by the construction manager Michal Kot’a. Under his leadership, a two-storey building with a shell made of PUR panels and a front with a structural aluminium facade was built in Česká.
The project also included improvements to the surrounding area, such as the construction of a parking lot or retention and soakage systems for capturing and processing rainwater.
