ALL BLACK, a major distributor of sports equipment, needed a new logistics centre of 5,050 m2 and administrative facilities for 30 employees. The construction manager Josef Kubánek worked with ATX Architects on the project.
First, excavations had to be carried out (about 10,000 m3 of excess soil was removed) and the foundation joints had to be stabilised to the extent of 5,000 m2. The building itself has a precast reinforced concrete structure and a sandwich shell.
We completed the project on a very tight deadline, including the external drainage solution, driveway and fencing.
