The RDPark project in Brno-Líšeň provides warehouse or commercial units for companies seeking cost-effectiveness, modern solutions, and a strategic location near the motorway. The complex includes a five-storey administrative building with underground garages, adhering to high European energy efficiency standards, incorporating features like a thermal borehole for heating. Construction Manager Ivan Kozel collaborated with architects from Atelier Zlámal.
The building rests on Franki concrete piles, boasting entirely reinforced concrete monolith load-bearing structures. The design accommodates two elevator shafts, with the current configuration featuring one operational elevator. The building’s dimensions allow for the addition of extra floors, accompanied by the installation of a second elevator if needed.
